Oh dear, this one's too much fun! You may regret this, as I get stuck doing it for aaaaaages and copy lots of results for myself and now you're getting a whole bunch. And of course, I'm mostly giving you the weird ones and keeping the "this could easily be a story for them" results for myself, hehe. :-D
One of my favourite ways of getting weird results is to stick in a few characters partly from different eras, let the character & prompt numbers be random, and go). So here are some of the delightfully weird or out there or surprisingly fitting results of sticking in Zoe, Jamie, Second Doctor, Leela, and Romana II.
Zoe Heriot / Second Doctor / Leela - historical au & forced to marry & steampunk au
Romana II / Leela / Jamie McCrimmon - Glitter/Sparkles & Northern/Southern Lights
Romana II / Leela - cake!fic & de-aged & highschool au
Zoe Heriot / Jamie McCrimmon / Romana II - group support (any combination of companions usually needs group support)
And then I couldn't resist doing it a few times for the Two/Jamie and Tegan/Nyssa pairings specifically.
Jamie McCrimmon / Second Doctor - washing/cleaning & dressup & teasing (this sounds like a regular episode)
Second Doctor / Jamie McCrimmon - cuddling & runaways & dungeons (so does this)

Tegan Jovanka / Nyssa of Traken - historical au & screw the rules I have money! & snowed in
Nyssa of Traken / Tegan Jovanka - Glow-in-the-dark (this sounds deliciously random and fun)
