A little update.

1. Hope everyone had a good Christmas! We celebrate normally on Christmas Eve. I got among other things: three new books (one DW, a Disney one called When You Wish Upon a Star, and something new called School For Extraterrestrial Girls). Also, authentic candy from the UK and Switzerland. I haven't tried the latter yet, but I gotta ask: People in the UK, why is your chocolate so good???
Reading: A Christmas Carol- the actual novel. I'm pretty sure I've read it before for school but wanted to read it again, Reading next I;m not really sure.

lurking_latinist and thisbluespirit. This series is amazing and hilarious!
Watching: Call the Midwife (with second mom, we're up to series 3 or 4 I think ). This is wonderful and one of the most pure shows I've ever seen. You will probably cry theough. Also, Jane Eyre: the 2000s version. I knowshivver and thisbluespirit have seen me squee about this adaptation but so far it's enjoyable. The characters are great and I really want to see where this goes. As for DW, I haven't seen the Christmas episode yet but for the 60th specials...
The Star Beast was good but I have questions.
Wild Blue Yonder was awesome
Same with The Giggle (and I won't ruin the ending, but if you don't know about it by now... :grin: )
