Well, the BBC wasn’t exactly what you would call *hugely* thrilled about them—although in some cases, eg I think the Cybermen, the relevant rights-holders were not the Beeb but the authors of the episode in which the entity originally appeared, and I think they got some of them on board. But with others… well, let’s just say there’s a reason the Professor and Ace both change their names in the middle of the series. (And a reason it ends rather abruptly.)

Any particular characters you want genremixed, or just anybody?

Yeah… TV Tropes says it’s Alice. Which just makes me think of how in Ghost Light, Ace didn’t like being called “ Alice” 😜
