Once it's July 18, 2025 wherever you are, you may begin posting! Post as close to the assigned date as possible until amnesty, but also don't worry about a day or so either way.

Please include at least the following:

Title:
Fandoms:
Pairing/Characters: 
Content Notes: (required if included: Death, Violence, Underage, Rape/Noncon. Or- Choose Not to Warn, any additional notes)
Prompt: (e.g. June 31st, Star Wars and Superman Comics Strange Meeting.)

You can use the pre-formatted code you get from any site using otw-archive software as long as you also note which prompt you're answering.

The subject line should be something like: Title (Fandoms, Pairing/Characters (optional)).

You may post directly to this community, to your own journal/fic journal/fic community, or to an offsite archive of your choice including AO3 or Squidgeworld. (AO3 link goes to an unofficial collection.)

Tagging: Each piece will get a tag for its fandoms, creator, characters-in-the-prompt, and the challenge round that it answers. Tags will be made regularly, if not daily. If tags exist, please use them. (Tags may take a bit longer on T/W due to a longstanding RL commitment.) You do not need to let me know that something needs to be tagged but if a fandom has a very long or confusing title and you want to suggest the best way to identify it, please do. If I have managed a typo or otherwise, please either PM or leave a comment on any of my !admin posts.
